Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist – Outbound. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging new sales opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and delivering tailored product or service pitches. Key tasks include managing outbound calls, following up on leads, tracking customer interactions, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, you will provide customer service, contribute to continuous sales training improvements, and collaborate with the sales team to enhance strategies and processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and maintain satisfaction
- Proven Sales experience and the ability to identify and convert leads
- Knowledge of Sales Management techniques to strategize and achieve targets
- Experience with Training and coaching to improve team performance
- Self-motivation and ability to work efficiently in a remote setting
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proficient in CRM tools and sales tracking software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
