About MANNATT GUPTA
MANNATT GUPTA (www.mannattgupta.com) is a contemporary luxury womenswear label founded by Mannat Gupta, creating distinctive, handcrafted pieces for the modern global woman.
With a strong focus on craftsmanship, modern silhouettes, and customization, the brand caters to a discerning clientele across India and international markets, including the US, Europe, Australia, and the UAE.
We are looking for an Online Sales Representative who can become an integral part of our international client experience and represent the brand with the same level of sophistication, attention to detail, and warmth that defines MANNATT GUPTA.
The Role
As an Online Sales Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for clients engaging with MANNATT GUPTA online. You will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the purchasing journey.
This is a sales-focused, client-facing role that requires someone who understands that luxury selling is about more than simply closing a sale—it is about creating a highly personalized and seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with international clients primarily through WhatsApp, iMessage, Instagram, website enquiries, and other digital platforms.
- Handle enquiries from prospective clients and convert qualified leads into sales.
- Understand each client's requirements, occasion, preferences, sizing, and customization needs and recommend appropriate products. Therefore, knowledge of this industry and its materials is integral.
- Communicate the brand's design philosophy, craftsmanship, materials, techniques, made-to-order and made-to-measure approach effectively.
- Provide detailed information regarding products, sizing, customization, pricing, timelines, shipping, and other relevant purchase-related queries.
- Build strong, personalized relationships with high-end and international clientele.
- Follow up with prospective clients in a thoughtful and timely manner without compromising the luxury nature of the interaction.
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail across all client communications.
- Coordinate with the design, production, dispatch, and management teams to ensure a smooth client journey from enquiry to delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Identify opportunities for repeat purchases, client retention, and relationship building.
- Handle client concerns and queries with patience, tact, and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Represent MANNATT GUPTA's tone of voice and brand identity consistently across all communication.
What We Are Looking For
- Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with affluent and international clients.
- Experience in luxury fashion, premium retail, hospitality, luxury sales, client servicing, or a similar client-facing industry will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of professional communication, especially over WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- A polished, articulate, and sophisticated communication style.
- Strong sales ability with a consultative rather than aggressive approach.
- Ability to understand and communicate the value of craftsmanship, design, and luxury.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to remember and manage individual client preferences.
- Ability to understand and adapt to the brand's vision, aesthetics, and language.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of client conversations and follow-ups.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable working late evenings/night shifts to align with US time zones.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required, particularly during high-volume periods or important client interactions.
- Comfortable working with sales targets, lead tracking and conversion metrics.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is well-spoken, composed, commercially aware, and naturally personable.
You should be someone who enjoys speaking with people, understands the nuances of luxury clientele and knows how to make a client feel valued without being overly transactional.
You should have an appreciation for contemporary fashion and luxury and be able to understand and communicate the world of MANNATT GUPTA—not simply its products.
Why Join MANNATT GUPTA?
This is an opportunity to work closely with a growing contemporary luxury brand and be part of building its international clientele.
The role offers significant exposure to international luxury consumers, high-value sales, personalized client servicing, and global fashion e-commerce, with the opportunity to grow alongside the brand.
