Hiring | Business Development Executive – IOT / Industrial automation.
Location: Thane
Experience: 2–8 Years of sales experience in Semiconductor & Electronic Components
CTC: ₹4 – ₹11 LPA
A fast-growing organization in the Semiconductor & Electronic Components industry is looking for a Business Development Executive with strong B2B sales experience in IoT / Software Applications.
Key Requirements:
• B.E / B.Tech in Electronics or Electrical
• Experience in IoT, software applications, or technology solutions sales
• Strong consultative selling and client management skills
• Experience handling complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure
• Ability to work with EMS companies, enterprises, hardware startups, and R&D teams
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
• New business development and customer acquisition
• Cross-selling and upselling technology solutions
• Technical consulting and solution-based selling
• Managing enterprise relationships and commercial discussions
• Payment follow-ups and account management
Additional Requirements:
• Willingness to travel is mandatory
• Preferably owns a two-wheeler
