Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with potential clients, understanding their vision and needs for their residential spaces.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Collaborate closely with our design team to develop compelling proposals and present design alternatives to clients.
- Guide clients through the sales process, from initial consultation to closing, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the team's sales strategy and market presence.
- Travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
What we are looking for:
- You have 1years of proven sales experience, preferably in interior design, luxury goods, home services, or a related field.
- You possess a strong aesthetic sense and an authentic passion for interior design and home decor.
- You are a stellar communicator, an excellent listener and a persuasive presenter.
- You are a self-starter, highly organized, and adept at managing your time and priorities.
- You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
