Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Inside Sales Specialist - B2C. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing lead generation, nurturing potential customers, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities also include guiding potential clients through the programs, effectively communicating value propositions, and providing exceptional customer service to drive conversions and meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction experience
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets
- Capability to handle customer interactions effectively and build relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
