What You Will Be Doing
- AI-Powered Sales Execution: Deploy GenAI technologies to support and optimize daily sales operations and activities.
- Strategic Sales Forecasting and Market Intelligence: Manage advanced analytics initiatives that leverage AI for long-term market trend prediction and sales performance forecasting.
- Champion AI Integration: Spearhead efforts to implement AI-powered tools that provide real-time assistance to sales teams during customer engagements and negotiation processes.

- Deliver substantial gains in sales efficiency and effectiveness by creating and deploying AI-powered sales tools and systems.
Basic Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced generative AI (including use of multiple AI platforms, workflow automation capabilities, and custom GPT development); experience limited to using LLMs for research, learning, brainstorming, or content creation is insufficient
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B software sales experience

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
