Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist, located in Bengaluru with partial work-from-home flexibility. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to prospective customers, and building strong client relationships. You will handle inquiries for both domestic and international travel services, clearly communicate package details, and offer personalized travel recommendations. Your day-to-day tasks will include understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction to meet sales targets. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide updates and feedback.
Qualifications
- Strong persuasive communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management
- Proficiency in English and one or more Indian languages preferred
- Familiarity or interest in travel, hospitality, or tourism industries
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team effectively
- A positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to adapt in a dynamic work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or a related field
- Freshers are welcome with a strong desire to excel in sales roles
