Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Enterprise Sales Associate with 2–5 years of experience selling SaaS or fintech solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients. You will be responsible for outbound sales, nurturing prospects, running product demos, and supporting end-to-end deal closure.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll work directly with the founder and leadership team.
Key Responsibilities & Prospecting
- Own outbound lead generation across the US and India markets
- Engage prospects via cold calling, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups
- Qualify leads through discovery calls to understand pain points and use cases
- Manage and nurture opportunities in the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)
Solution Selling & Demo
- Conduct detailed product demos tailored to customer needs
- Collaborate with product and strategy teams to propose the right solutions
- Build business cases and ROI presentations for clients
Pipeline & Revenue Ownership
- Maintain healthy pipeline coverage and ensure sales targets are met
- Support contract negotiation, closure, and handover to customer success
Collaboration & Enablement
- Work closely with the founder, GTM team, and strategy advisors
- Share customer insights for product roadmap improvements
- Assist in preparing sales decks, case studies, and pitch collateral
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, Fintech, or Enterprise Tech
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Experience in outbound sales, prospecting, and running demos
- Consultative selling mindset with the ability to understand business problems
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
Good-to-Have
- Experience selling to BFSI, finance teams, or mid-market/enterprise clients
- Exposure to the US market sales or night-shift/overlapping shifts
- Understanding of cash flow, working capital, payments, or finance processes
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Zoho, or email outreach tools
