Cloud Sales Specialist | Job Description
Job Location - Bangalore (Full-time, Onsite)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Cloud Sales Specialist with 4+ years of experience in cloud solution sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), along with relevant technical certifications. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, client relationship management, and business development capabilities to drive cloud adoption and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify, develop, and close cloud sales opportunities across enterprise and mid-market clients
● Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable cloud solutions
● Drive end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, client presentations, negotiations, and closures ● Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to design cloud-based solutions for clients
● Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
● Stay updated on market trends, cloud technologies, and competitor offerings
● Work closely with AWS, Azure, or GCP partner ecosystems to generate business opportunities
● Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial documents for clients
● Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
● 4 years of experience in Cloud Sales, IT Sales, or Solution Sales
● Strong understanding of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
● Experience selling cloud infrastructure, migration, SaaS, or managed services solutions
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
● Strong client-facing and relationship management abilities
● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
● Technical cloud certification is mandatory
Preferred Certifications
● AWS Certified Solutions Architect / Cloud Practitioner
● Microsoft Azure Certifications
● Google Cloud Certifications
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience working with enterprise customers and channel partners
● Understanding of cloud migration, DevOps, and modern infrastructure solutions
● Proven track record of achieving sales targets
