Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist (Closer) role based in Gurugram . The role involves managing qualified franchise leads, conducting discovery calls and business presentations, handling objections, negotiating commercial terms, and driving closures from mature lead stage to signed agreement. Additional responsibilities include maintaining pipeline discipline, updating CRM records, coordinating with internal teams for documentation, and ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to franchise partner. The Sales Specialist will also communicate with prospective investors, entrepreneurs, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient movement of opportunities through the sales funnel.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of work experience in B2B Sales.
  • Strong communication and consultative sales skills to interact effectively with prospects, investors, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in high-value sales closures, including discovery, follow-up management, objection handling, negotiation, and conversion.
  • Sound analytical skills to evaluate lead quality, business viability, and sales pipeline performance.
  • Experience in franchise sales, channel sales, B2B business development, education sales, or investor acquisition will be advantageous.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel, CRM platforms, Google Workspace, and common sales reporting tools.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet monthly closure targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred.
