About the Role
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Specialist to lead our acquisition efforts within the Banking and FinTech sectors. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on closing deals, not just presenting demos, and can drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles with confidence and speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and convert enterprise clients in Banking, NBFCs, FinTech, and BFSI.
- Own the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to negotiation and contract closure.
- Present product value clearly, focusing on ROI and business impact of our AI Voice Solutions.
- Conduct high-quality sales discussions and executive-level presentations (demos only when needed).
- Coordinate with technical and product teams for solution alignment.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent follow-ups and relationship management.
- Achieve monthly KPIs and closure targets with accountability.
- Provide accurate forecasts and timely reporting of sales activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and BFSI regulations.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of Enterprise/B2B Sales experience in BFSI, SaaS, AI, or Tech.
- Strong understanding of Banking/FinTech processes, call centers, automation workflows, and CX models.
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals (not just pitching/demoing).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage with CXOs, decision-makers, and procurement teams.
- Self-motivated, aggressive, and comfortable with a fast-paced startup culture.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
