Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Noida. The Sales Specialist will manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries from B2B travel partners, understand their requirements, and propose tailored travel solutions across European and international destinations. Responsibilities include preparing quotations and itineraries, negotiating rates and terms with partners and suppliers, and following up to close sales and achieve revenue targets. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, coordinating with operations and product teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and resolving client issues promptly. The Sales Specialist will also support training and product updates for agency partners, monitor market trends, and provide feedback to improve offerings and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with B2B clients and internal teams.
- Proven Sales experience, with the ability to manage leads, convert opportunities, and meet or exceed targets.
- Sales Management and Training capabilities to support partner development and drive account growth.
- Prior experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality sales is highly preferred, especially in B2B environments.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and online travel platforms; ability to work with data to track performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a collaborative and inclusive approach.
