ZoTok is building a conversational commerce platform that enables brands, distributors, and retailers to manage their entire order-to-cash process through WhatsApp. Our platform simplifies ordering, communication, and business operations across the general trade ecosystem.
We work closely with manufacturers, distributors, and retail networks to help them digitize their supply chain workflows and improve business efficiency.
Job Title: Sales Specialist
Location: Hyderabad

Role Overview:
We are looking for sales professionals who understand the distributor–manufacturer business model and have experience working with supply chain or trade networks.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with distributors, wholesalers, manufacturers, and retail channel partners, understanding their operational challenges, and presenting ZoTok as a solution that simplifies ordering and communication across the supply chain.
This role is not just about selling software — it requires understanding how trade businesses operate on the ground.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage manufacturers, distributors, and trade businesses that can benefit from ZoTok’s platform.
- Understand customer workflows including order management, distributor operations, retailer engagement, and inventory movement.
- Conduct product demos explaining how ZoTok simplifies order management through WhatsApp.
- Generate leads through research, outbound calls, referrals, and industry connections.
- Convert prospects into customers by demonstrating clear business value and operational benefits.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet monthly targets.
- Work closely with Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and platform adoption.
- Provide feedback from the market to Product and Leadership teams regarding trade challenges and customer needs.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–6 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Prior exposure to supply chain, distribution networks, FMCG trade, pharma distribution, agri trade, or B2B commerce.
- Ability to speak the language of distributors and manufacturers and understand their operational challenges.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi (mandatory) and English.
- Comfortable conducting product demos and business discussions.
- Self-driven and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
