Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, presenting and promoting company products, meeting sales targets, and providing post-sales support. Additional tasks include conducting product training for customers, managing client inquiries, and collaborating with the sales management team to develop and execute strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Proven Sales and Training skills, with experience in presenting solutions and educating customers about products.
- Sales Management experience and a results-oriented mindset to meet or exceed targets consistently.
- Proficiency in CRM or sales management tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
