Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, building relationships, understanding their energy needs, and providing customized solar system solutions. Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, following up on leads, managing the sales cycle, and collaborating with team members for optimal customer service. You will also provide product training and support to customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term value.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
Sales skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and achieving sales targets
Experience in Sales Management and Training to mentor junior team members and supervise sales activities
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic, on-site sales environments
Proficiency in understanding and explaining technical aspects of solar systems is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is an advantage
