Role Description
The Sales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad. The individual will be responsible for driving sales activities, identifying and pursuing new business leads, managing customer relationships, and delivering product presentations. Additional duties include providing training to clients, ensuring excellent customer service, and working closely with the sales management team to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management
- Experience in providing client training and post-sales support
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of water heating and treatment solutions or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
