We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Specialist who can help us build a stronger business pipeline, improve outbound communication, support lead conversion, and contribute to the company’s growth with a practical and proactive approach.
Role Overview
This role is for someone who understands both sales execution and marketing support. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, initiating conversations with potential clients, supporting pitch preparation, following up consistently, and helping convert interest into business. You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving creative business environment where clarity, ownership, and responsiveness matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential leads across relevant industries such as corporate, manufacturing, healthcare, infrastructure, events, CSR, and brand communications
- Build and maintain lead lists, outreach pipelines, and follow-up systems
- Support outbound business development through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other professional communication channels
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and coordinate next steps with the internal team
- Assist in proposal coordination, pitch decks, capability sharing, and client presentations
- Track conversations, lead stages, and conversion progress in a structured manner
- Work closely with founders and internal teams to understand service offerings and position them effectively
- Support marketing initiatives that strengthen visibility, credibility, and lead generation
- Monitor market activity, competitors, and opportunities relevant to the company’s services
- Contribute ideas to improve outreach quality, response rates, and sales processes
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, client servicing, or a related role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to speak clearly, professionally, and confidently with clients and prospects
- Good understanding of B2B sales processes and lead management
- Strong organisational skills and follow-up discipline
- Ability to create or coordinate presentations, sales materials, and structured updates
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, CRMs, email tools, and LinkedIn for business outreach
- Ability to understand creative services and translate them into clear client-facing value Self-driven, reliable, and able to work with ownership
Preferred
- Experience in a creative agency, production house, media company, branding agency, or marketing services business
- Familiarity with corporate film, event video, branded content, or creative production workflows
- Experience handling high-value service sales or relationship-based selling
