Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting virtual consultations, and actively achieving sales targets. The role includes managing the sales pipeline, providing outstanding customer service, and delivering timely product and design recommendations to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will also provide guidance to ensure clients are well-informed about Weston Modular products and services.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and address their inquiries effectively
- Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management to proactively drive targets and manage client accounts
- Experience in Training or mentoring team members in sales-related processes is advantageous
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and virtual communication tools
- Previous experience in interior design, furniture, or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
