Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Thane Metropolitan Region for a Sales Specialist. Responsibilities include building and managing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, conducting product presentations, and providing training to Insurance or hospital or pharma clients as needed. The Sales Specialist will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining sales pipelines, and coordinating with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven expertise in sales, including identifying opportunities, negotiating, and closing deals successfully.
- Experience in customer service and relationship management to consistently enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Familiarity with sales management and training to lead and guide teams for achieving business objectives.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge or experience in the health-tech industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
