We're Hiring at Vybez — Sales & Marketing Specialist
Vybez is growing — and we're looking for someone who can help us grow faster.
We're a creator & influencer marketing agency connecting brands with creators across India. Our work is real, our community is growing, and we're looking for a sales leader to secure more brand partnerships.
What you'll do:
- Generate leads and identify potential brand clients
- Reach out, pitch, and close deals for influencer marketing campaigns
- Manage client relationships from first contact to campaign delivery
- Coordinate follow-ups and ensure no lead goes cold
- Work closely with the founder to build the sales pipeline
whom we're looking for:
- Someone who gets digital marketing — influencer marketing, UGC, social media
- Strong communicator — written, verbal, and on calls
- Self-motivated with a hunter mindset
- Experience in sales, business development, or marketing (agency experience is a big plus)
- Organised enough to track leads and follow up without being told twice
