Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Tamil Nadu, India. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products. Additional daily responsibilities include maintaining the store's merchandise, providing excellent customer service, managing sales records, and assisting with sales strategies and training initiatives to improve overall team performance. Collaboration with team members and supervisors to meet sales targets is also expected.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and contribute to the store's growth
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance sales performance
- Ability to work efficiently in a customer-focused, retail store environment
- Knowledge of pet products and a passion for pets is highly desirable
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus
- Basic computer skills for managing sales records and store transactions
