Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist – Inbound Process based in Saket, Delhi.
The primary responsibility of this role is to handle inbound customer inquiries, convert leads into sales, and ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations. The candidate will act as the first point of contact for potential clients and provide accurate information about Virtualxcel’s services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily inbound calls, WhatsApp, and website leads efficiently
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable virtual office solutions
- Convert incoming inquiries into successful sales closures
- Maintain proper follow-ups with interested prospects
- Update and manage daily tasks, lead status, and sales reports in CRM
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Qualifications- Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English mandatory)
- Proven experience in inbound sales / tele sales / customer handling
- Ability to handle high-volume calls and convert leads effectively
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on performance and growth
- Good organizational skills to manage daily tasks and follow-ups
Educational Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Experience:
- 1–3 years in inbound sales / customer support / tele-calling
- Experience in virtual office, real estate, or service industry is an added advantage
