Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist, with a workspace based in New Delhi and flexibility for occasional work-from-home days. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building and maintaining customer relationships, presenting solutions that align with clients' needs, and closing sales opportunities. The position also includes conducting market research, creating sales strategies, maintaining a pipeline of potential leads, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Understanding of business consulting or intellectual property services is preferred
- Strong skills in client relationship management and customer engagement
- Proficiency with CRM tools and customer data management
- Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Innovative problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
- Prior experience in B2B sales or consulting services is a plus
- Relevant educational qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
