Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Bengaluru. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging new clients, managing customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and executing sales strategies. Other responsibilities include organizing and conducting sales training, managing sales operations, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and implement effective strategies
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build meaningful relationships with clients
- Experience in facilitating Training sessions and coaching to support team development
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and adapt to dynamic business scenarios
- Proficiency in CRM tools and understanding of market trends is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Motivated self-starter with a customer-centric approach and problem-solving mindset
