Role Description
The Sales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Sales Specialist will actively engage with potential customers, provide exceptional service, and drive sales growth. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, offering tailored solutions, managing sales processes, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Additionally, the role involves training clients on service offerings and working closely with the sales management team to meet and exceed targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and provide exceptional support.
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and an ability to identify opportunities for growth.
- Experience in Training clients and the ability to clearly explain services and solutions.
- Knowledge of Sales Management processes and the ability to achieve and manage sales targets.
- Results-driven and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the EdTech industry or similar roles is a plus.
