Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thrissur for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with clients, identifying their needs, and recommending suitable jewellery pieces, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, driving sales to meet or exceed targets, and providing ongoing product knowledge and training to clients. The role also involves collaborating with the design and production team to fulfill custom orders and ensuring a smooth sales process from consultation to delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to provide personalized and professional client interactions
- Demonstrated abilities in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Experience in Training to educate clients about products and assist in making informed purchase decisions
- High attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and orders
- Passion for jewellery, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in luxury retail or jewellery sales is an added advantage
- Fluency in English and Malayalam is desirable for effective communication with a diverse clientele
