Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to manage pipelines, negotiate agreements, and meet revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to guide clients on offerings and support new team members or partners when needed.
- Candidates should have the ability to use CRM tools, basic data analysis, and reporting to track sales performance and client activity.
- Candidates should demonstrate goal-oriented mindset, problem-solving abilities, and resilience in a dynamic, growth-driven environment.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or media sales is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
