We are looking for highly motivated sales professionals who can help us expand our partnerships and grow our presence across India.
Role Overview
We are hiring Business Development Managers / Executives (BDM/BDE) who will be responsible for sales, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
This role is ideal for candidates who are target-driven, confident communicators, and passionate about sales and networking.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads and acquire new clients and partners
• Build partnerships with certified fitness trainers,corporates, colleges, and communities
• Drive sales for race registrations, memberships, sponsorships, and event participation
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities within the fitness and sports ecosystem
• Support promotional campaigns, partnerships, and on-ground events
• Maintain daily reporting and sales pipeline updates
Requirements
• 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to build professional relationships and close deals
