Synapse XTL is Hiring | Talent Solution (Sales Specialist)
📍 Indore (On-site) | 💼 6+ Years Experience
🔹 What You’ll Do:
-Own the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract closure
-Drive outbound lead generation using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
-Build and expand relationships with Tier-1 and Mid-Market clients globally
-Lead commercial discussions for MSAs, SOWs, and staffing engagements
-Partner with internal TA teams to ensure seamless talent fulfillment
-Manage account growth, business farming, and client retention
-Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales documentation
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
-6+ years of experience in IT Staffing / Talent Solutions Sales
-Strong expertise in Staff Augmentation and Permanent Hiring models
-Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
-Understanding of global hiring markets and modern tech ecosystems
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
-Hands-on experience with CRM and sales intelligence tools
