*Role Description Sales Specialist*
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area for a Real Estate Sales Executive. The responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, guiding clients through property sales, providing outstanding customer service, and staying updated on real estate market trends. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for negotiating deals, preparing property presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing process.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property concepts
* Contact Customers Through calls, Visits and Follow ups
* Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills
* Experience in Sales and negotiation techniques
* Proficiency in communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
* Familiarity with the local real estate market and trends is an advantage
* Experience required 1-3 yrs
