Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will engage with clients to identify their financial needs, offer appropriate investment and insurance solutions, and provide ongoing support to build long-term relationships. Responsibilities include closing sales, managing client accounts, delivering product training, and working closely with the sales team to meet and exceed targets. The role requires a proactive approach to customer service and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and address their needs effectively
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to achieve and surpass targets
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members for professional growth
- Proficiency in building long-term client relationships and evaluating financial solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a relevant field
- Experience in financial services or related industries is a plus
