Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will engage with prospective customers to identify their needs, provide personalized property solutions, and drive sales. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting market research, generating leads, and converting them into successful sales. The role also involves supporting clients throughout the purchase process and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to conduct effective Training sessions related to sales and client handling
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
- Familiarity with real estate or PropTech industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
