Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in the Pune Division. The Sales Specialist will manage day-to-day sales activities, including identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include delivering exceptional customer service, providing product training to clients, and supporting sales management processes to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets
- Experience in providing Training to clients about products and services
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the software or technology industry is a plus
