Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Delhi, India. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling CAD/CAM and metrology solutions to manufacturing and engineering clients. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying customer needs, providing product demonstrations, assisting in the post-sales process, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams for seamless customer support and technical assistance, while staying updated on industry trends and technology advancements.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build client relationships and address inquiries effectively
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and manage the sales process efficiently
- Training experience to guide clients on the use of technologies and solutions
- Ability to stay updated on CAD/CAM and metrology solutions and trends
- Proactive problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Relevant experience in the manufacturing or engineering software sector is an advantage
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
