Role Description
We are looking for a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive to join our Delhi office. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, acquiring ecommerce sellers, conducting sales meetings, building long-term client relationships, and supporting customer onboarding. You will work closely with the operations team to drive business growth and ensure a seamless shipping experience for clients.
Qualifications
* 1–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, courier, shipping, or cross-border ecommerce (preferred).
* Strong business development, lead generation, and relationship management skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* Familiarity with international shipping, courier services, or supply chain operations is an advantage.
* Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, courier, or international shipping.
