We are hiring a
Sales Customer Support Executive to handle customer interactions, generate leads, and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and schedule appointments
- Generate leads (B2B/B2C) through cold calling and follow-ups
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions
- Maintain customer records and manage communication
- Achieve sales targets and close deals
- Resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction
- Support reporting, administration, and basic IT tasks
Compensation:- Starting monthly salary of between 25k-30K
