Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Mumbai. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and understanding client needs to offer tailored insurance solutions. Additional responsibilities include conducting product presentations, collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets, providing excellent customer service, and staying updated on industry trends to ensure informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
- Sales and Sales Management experience, including the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Experience in Training to guide and support both colleagues and clients
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in using modern sales tools and technology is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with the insurance industry or financial services is an advantage
