Close and scale MSME partnerships for climate revenue | Work directly with founder
Duration: 6-12 weeks | Mode: Hybrid (field + remote) | Type: Probation → PPO (performance-based) | Compensation: UNPAID during probation (salary with PPO)
Role Reality
This is a pure sales, partnership & growth role. No hand-holding, brand inbound or learning phase either.
Your job is to create opportunities from zero, close partnerships, and sell Senseible to MSMEs aggressively.
If you can’t hunt, pitch, follow up, and close - don’t apply. Do NOT.
What You Will Do
- Create new business opportunities daily (outbound-first)
- Sell Senseible’s carbon & ESG solutions to MSMEs
- Build and close partnerships (aggregators, ecosystem players, channel partners)
- Handle objections, rejections, and long follow-ups
- Own your numbers - leads, conversations, conversions
Who Should Apply
- Proven sales hustlers (B2B / SaaS/ MSME / startup)
- People who can sell without brand support
- Comfortable with targets, pressure, and accountability
- Can operate independently and move fast
- Experience working in sustainable or tech-driven industries is a plus
Who you target (ICP):
- Manufacturing clusters, export groups, industry associations | Ecosystem enablers working with MSMEs at scale
Freshers with zero experience - DO NOT APPLY. Do NOT.

Compensation:
- Performance-first structure (UNPAID probation)
- upto INR 70,000 cash bonus during probation on achieving goals.
- PPO with healthy compensation packages + variable + incentives based on results
- Top performers → equity (ownership in what you build)

- You haven’t closed deals or partnerships before
- You prefer coordination over ownership
- You've lots of excuses for failure
