The Role
We're looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Specialist with hands-on SaaS sales experience in the Logistics & Supply Chain space. You'll be at the forefront of Sendit's growth — identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals with businesses that need smarter shipping solutions.
What You'll Do
- Drive customer acquisition and engagement through tailored, consultative sales approaches
- Manage and grow a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with internal product and operations teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and handle customer queries
- Participate in ongoing sales training to stay sharp and ahead of the curve
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably within Logistics, Supply Chain, or E-commerce platforms
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with a client-first mindset
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with lead generation, pipeline management, and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Languages: English, Kannada, and Hindi (preferred)
- Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
