🔹 POSITION
Business Development Executive / Academic Sales Consultant
🔹 WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Build relationships with universities, colleges, research institutions, and academic leaders
• Identify and engage prospective institutional clients and individual researchers
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and consultations
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, and outreach campaigns
• Coordinate meetings with Vice Chancellors, Deans, Directors, Research Coordinators, and Faculty Members
• Drive subscription sales and institutional partnerships
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
• Represent Scholar Bench at conferences, workshops, seminars, and academic events
• Maintain CRM records and sales reports
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
🔹 WHO SHOULD APPLY
• Graduates or Postgraduates in any discipline
• 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Academic Sales, EdTech, Research Services, SaaS, or Institutional Sales
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to interact confidently with senior academic leaders and decision-makers
• Freshers with exceptional communication and business development aptitude may also apply
