Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Kalyan. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building relationships with customers, delivering effective sales presentations, and managing the sales lifecycle. The role involves providing excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs.
- Sales and Sales Management experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in providing Training to customers or team members for better product and service understanding.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in the cleaning or service industry is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
