Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for a Sales Specialist. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and understanding client needs to offer tailored solutions. The Sales Specialist will also provide product knowledge, deliver training to clients, and achieve sales targets in alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their requirements.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive business growth and meet targets.
- Ability to provide Training to clients, ensuring they understand the value and usage of Rucards' solutions.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the digital payments or financial services industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
