Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Dindigul. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, building long-term relationships, managing the sales process, and meeting sales targets. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, delivering training sessions, and coordinating with teams to develop and implement sales strategies. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills to engage with clients effectively and address their needs
- Proven experience in sales and sales management, including meeting sales targets and handling sales operations
- Ability to provide training and support to improve the performance of the sales team
- Proficiency in building long-term client relationships and showcasing the value of solutions offered
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills
- Previous experience in customer retention or marketing is a plus
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree or proven equivalent experience in sales or business development
