Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Specialist who can drive new business by reaching out to companies and building partnerships for corporate events and engagement programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients
• Generate leads through cold calls, LinkedIn, and outbound outreach
• Pitch Renvora’s corporate event and engagement solutions
• Build relationships with HR teams, admin teams, and corporate decision-makers
• Manage client conversations and close deals
• Maintain and track a strong sales pipeline
Requirements
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales
• Ability to make 100–150 outbound calls per day
• Ability to build relationships with corporate clients
• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
• 0–3 years of experience in sales / business development preferred
