Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Kalaburagi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, promoting company services, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, delivering effective product or service presentations, and participating in ongoing training programs to enhance skills and industry knowledge.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and effectively engage with clients
- Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets
- Experience in providing Training to teams or customers is an advantage
- Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with the construction or real estate industry is a plus
- Flexibility to work on-site in Kalaburagi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
