About Us Redvisa Immigration Services is a fast-growing Canadian immigration consultancy. We are dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate the immigration process Looking for a highly driven Sales Specialist to join our remote team.
Role Overview We are not looking for a customer service rep or a counselor—we are looking for a closer.
In this fully remote role, you will be the first point of contact for warm, inbound leads generated through our online marketing and social media. Your objective is simple: qualify the leads, book the serious prospects for a formal consultation with our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), and relentlessly follow up after the consultation until the retainer is signed.
Because we operate strictly within Canadian legal boundaries, you will not be providing immigration advice. Instead, you will be mastering the art of the pipeline—protecting our consultant's time from people just seeking free advice, and ensuring that every qualified lead converts into a paying client.
Key Responsibilities
- Strict Lead Qualification: Promptly engage inbound leads to assess their urgency, financial readiness, and genuine intent. Filter out "free advice seekers" to protect the consultant’s time.
- Booking Appointments: Pitch the value of our expert services and seamlessly book qualified prospects into paid/formal consultations with the RCIC.
- Relentless Follow-Up & Closing: Take ownership of the lead after the RCIC consultation. Follow up consistently, handle financial or timing objections, and drive the process until the final retainer agreement is signed.
- Pipeline Management: Keep our CRM updated flawlessly. Track every lead's status, schedule your follow-ups, and hit your conversion targets.
- Time Zone Alignment: Work efficiently during standard EST business hours to ensure prompt communication with our team and clients.
Qualifications
- Proven Closer: You have a demonstrated track record in pure sales, specifically taking qualified leads and converting them into closed deals.
- Objection Handling Master: You don't take "I need to think about it" or radio silence as a final answer. You know how to professionally and effectively follow up until a decision is made.
- Self-Starter & Target-Driven: You are highly motivated by closing deals and hitting targets, and you have the discipline to manage your own pipeline in a fully remote environment.
- Excellent Communicator: Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills. You can build trust quickly but are not afraid to ask the hard qualifying questions.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, booking tools, and remote communication platforms.
