Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Mumbai. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, delivering customer-driven solutions, providing technical training, and managing the sales process to achieve business growth. The role includes understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets while upholding exceptional service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and ensure satisfaction
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, focusing on achieving targets and driving revenue growth
- Experience in conducting Training and presenting solutions tailored to customer needs
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and engage constructively with clients
- Analytical skills to assess customer requirements and propose practical solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in industrial automation sales is an advantage
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
