Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist, based in the Pune Division. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored product recommendations. Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, managing client relationships, coordinating training sessions, and contributing to the overall sales strategy. The role will require close collaboration with team members and active participation in driving sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to understand customer needs and ensure satisfaction
- Proficiency in Sales techniques with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Experience in Training and Sales Management, with the ability to mentor team members and execute sales strategies effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site in Pune and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment
- Previous experience in the retail industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
