Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru South. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying potential property buyers and sellers, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include conducting market research, promoting properties, coordinating client meetings and property tours, and negotiating sales agreements. The role also involves providing guidance and training to clients, ensuring a seamless sales process, and working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in Sales, including property promotion, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Experience in Sales Management and Training to guide and lead clients and junior team members as needed.
- Ability to analyze market trends and opportunities to develop strategies for client satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry and local market in Bengaluru South is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
