Founded by BITS Goa alums and backed by marquee investors, Preplaced is soaring towards its vision of bringing a new wave of personalised & guided learning to the world. We are currently looking for a passionate Sales Specialist to help us grow & scale our products.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and talking to people from different age groups who want to prepare for their interviews through mock interviews
- Solving candidates' queries, questions, and doubts about the Product. Answering and replying to calls, texts, WhatsApp messages, etc if someone contacts directly
- Following up with potential customers and making sure their doubts are clarified.
- Using automated messaging software for customer support and calling the interested candidates.
- Managing and working on intercom to track all leads through different platforms
- Communicating with various teams to make sure that the customers don't face any issue purchasing the product.
Requirements
- You have a relevant skills for handling sales for B2C clients.
- You have prior experience as a Sales person working with different B2C brands. Edtech is an added advantage.
- You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics
- You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
- You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
